	Terms Of Use Welcome to ADSbyWORLD. Before you may become an advertiser of ADSbyWORLD, you must read and accept all of the Terms of Use. We strongly recommend that, as you read this Terms of Use. This Agreement is effective on July 13, 2008, for current users, and upon acceptance for new users. The Map and all content of this website is the property of SURFERsPEDIA. SURFERsPEDIA do not give permission for any duplication of this content without its permission. We reserve the right to ammend and change these Terms of Use as the site develops.
	1. General Rules
		1.1 Auctions for all countries open simultaneously on Sundays every two weeks .
		1.2 Auctions continue one week and end following Sunday that follows opening day of auctions.
		1.3 Auctions open in EBay and all auctioners must be member of EBay. Please click to register with EBay
		1.4 EBay accepts some other payment methods but we accept only Paypal payments for our auctions. Please click to create a PayPal account
		1.5 The Advertisments of Auction Winners will displayed at ADSbyWORLD for two weeks.
		1.6 Once We have We displayed a link and logo on the website you will not be able to obtain a refund.
	2. Auction
		2.1 Auctions are opened in EBay. If you aren't a member of EBay please visit the link
		2.2 You will be considered that you accepted Terms of Use when you join an auction of ADSbyWORLD and if you are a winner.
		2.3 EBay auctions continue one week and you will be winner at end of an auction if you place maximum BID.
		2.4 You can be the winner of auction if you place buy it out price of auction as your BID. Even you are the new owner of the country you have to wait until the end of publishing period of the actual owner.
	3. Displaying Advertisment
		3.1 Auction winners must send an email that consists the information below to winner@adsbyworld.com in the following two days end of the auction. * Popup image must be in JPEG Format and 100x100 pixel. * The image that displayed in country borders must not be animated and should be in JPEG format. You should also think about the size and shape of your country before you submit. * Writing in the popup window which opens when you are on a country : 10 rows , and 35 characters in each row. * Your URL to visit when you click on a country. * Your colours in 00000 / FFFFFF format to colorize your country when mouse is over and mouse is not over of your country. If you don't sent your colours , default colours will be applied to your country.
		3.2 ADSbyWORLD may request amendments from the country owner for the country and logo image , writings in case of technical problems. Country owners must answer these requets in two days after we sent the message.
		3.3 ADSbyWORLD has got the right to do the following items : * If the Country and Logo images aren't in JPEG Format , they are being converted to JPEG format by ADSbyWORLD without image loss. * In case of the popup sentences don't fit into popup window , ADSbyWORLD an wrap the writing to fit in popup window.
		3.4 New country owners wait one week to publish their ads on ADSbyWORLD and in this week they sent their information described in item 3.1 to ADSbyWORLD. After one week later ads are published for two weeks.
		3.5During navigation on countries popup windows might be clipped and stay outside of the borders. To minimize these kind of problems we put some limitations described in item 3.1
	4. Advertisment Content
		4.1 All writings must be in English.
		4.2 Writings on country image and logo must be in English.
		4.3 If the language on your logo and country image isn't English , you have to improve this logo and picture are being used in your web site.
		4.4Content as the following cannot be published in ADSbyWORLD * Abuse and abusive language * Racist , derogatory , obloquy content against someone , nations , ethnic groups , religions * insulting a commercial brand , someone , nations , ethnic groups , religions * Adult content
		4.5 If your country and logo image or writings on popup change during the publishing period , you must sent to ADSbyWORLD support address support@adsbyworld.com . These amendments are done only once in the publishing period.
